I-SITE Wins Two IMA Awards

I-SITE brings Deloitte Employee magazine to life

Deloitte was looking to transform its quarterly magazine into a consumer-grade publication for the thousands of its employees in the U.S. and India.

The result a dynamic site design highlighting in-depth feature stories and the themed departments of ‘Fit for Life’, ‘My Life’, ‘Good Deeds’, and ‘Shortcuts’.

The I-SITE team including print designer Anthony Smyrski worked closely with Deloitte on ideas to create a cohesive online/offline experience. Functions include employee submitted photos in a gallery developed by I-SITE in Flash. The print magazine includes “www boxes” that tease related online content including audio and video clips.

Since launch Deloitte has integrated an article rating system and Blogs. I-SITE continues to work with the Deloitte team on each making each issue engaging both online and offline.

I-SITE looks to the future with NxtUp Philly

I-SITE teamed up with Innovation Philadelphia, DesignPhiladelphia and the University of the Arts to create excitement around two weeks of arts, culture and creative economy events from October 5 to October 16.

Working with branding guru Alina Wheeler, I-SITE designed the logo and the site to support the spirit of NxtUp Philly. With over 150 events I-SITE needed to develop an interface that was both elegant and practical. Features include:

Adding events live to the open calendar
Flash-based day calendar with category color coding
Event page integration with Twitter and Facebook
iPhone version of calendar

I-SITE redesigns Anacostia Watershed Society Website

I-SITE teamed up with the Anacostia Watershed Society in our nation’s capital to create a new website that showcases the ongoing endeavor to clean up the this tributary of the Potomac and Chesapeake.

The 1.1 million people who live in the watershed now have a content and Web 2.0 rich website that will keep them up to date with AWS’s initiatives and events.

The site features compelling photos, up-to-date calendar, Blog and donations through the Network for Good.

As part of the project I-SITE developed a new identity for AWS. The site was developed in Open Source Content Management System Drupal. This highly flexible CMS was recently chosen by the Whitehouse for their website.

I-SITE United Charity Bout a Success!

Not to be stopped by the cold rainy weather yesterday, I-SITE United faced off against Old City Athletic Club in a muddy soccer battle. I-SITE United scored 3 goals and Old City A.C. scored 2, but the real winner was Starfinder Foundation, who were the beneficiaries of the charity game! Many thanks to everyone who participated on both teams, our media crew, our cheerleaders, and National Mechanics for hosting the after party.
